What if an item is defective or is not what I ordered?

In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item. Send us your shipment receipt to rebelliousboutique1@gmail.com and we will credit the cost of your return.

Return Policy 

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a code

  • A 5% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email rebelliousboutique1@gmail.com for assistance before returning
  • Rebellious Boutique  is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner.
Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day shipping does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 

How long does shipment take?

US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)

 

IMPORTANT: 

Store credit is issued and must be used within 15 business days from issue. Please be advised that chargebacks are strictly not acceptable and those that file them are subject to be sued. We have the right to sue for damages to name, product, finances, and lost wages. Court cost and attorney fees will be at expense of customer.
